I hardly know anything about technology. Is that a problem?
No. You know your work, we know the technology. You tell us how you work. We explain everything in simple words. If something is still unclear, just ask.
Isn't our business too small for this?
Usually not. What matters is not size but work that repeats often. You do not need your own IT department.
What does it cost?
The intro call is free and without obligation. We tell you what a next step would cost before you decide.
Do we have to buy new software?
Not necessarily. Often we connect the software you already use, for example your email program, your accounting or your shop. Whether that works for you is something we clarify in the intro call.
We work with sensitive data. Is that still possible?
Yes, we pay particular attention to this. How we handle data is described above in the box “How we handle your data”. We are happy to discuss questions about your case, such as health data or professional confidentiality, in the intro call.
